You can download order reports and/or QR codes individually per order from the Order Overview or in bulk by leveraging (bulk action).
Navigate to the ‘Order Overview’ and click the ‘Download’ button in the ‘Actions Bar’ (See Understanding the Order Overview)
You can choose between downloading a pdf of the Order Form and/or the Order-Level QR code
Note: The Order QR code can be used with your device’s camera to open the order at anytime from anywhere in the app. (See Scan to Open Order)
To change the identifying headers on your Order Form pdf and Order-Level QR Code, see Configure Order Downloads
Navigate to the all orders table in the Orders Tab or any orders table in your homepage dashboard.
Select the orders for which you wish to download the report or QR code.
Select between downloading a PDF of the Order Form and/or the Order-Level QR code.
