How to Change Customer on an Order?

In case you have submitted a valid order for the wrong customer, you can use the following process to change the parent customer:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Order Overview’ for the order
  2. Click ‘Edit Customer’ in the ‘Action Bar’
  3. Click ‘x’ on the existing customer, and then either search for a different existing customer, or create a new customer image

  4. Click ‘Submit’
