How to Create & Manage User Groups

Users User Groups User Types

Create a New User Group

From the User Groups tab in the Admin App:

  1. Select ‘(+) Add User Group’
  2. Name the User Group
  3. Select users to add to the group
  4. Click ‘Create’ button

Add Users to a User Group

  1. Click on the group of interest to open the User Group Overview page
  2. Select ‘(+) Add User(s)’
  3. Select users to add to the group
  4. Click ‘Add’ button

Remove Users to a User Group

  1. Find the user in the User Group Overview table
  2. Click on the ‘x’ by the user’s name

Monitor Shared View Templates

See all View Templates shared with the group in the Templates table on the User Group Overview. To delete templates, click ‘x’ by the template’s name. To edit templates, navigate to the template in app.factoryfour.com and make changes to the filter criteria as needed.
