- This search ignores view filters to show you the order(s) of interest
Best for: quickly finding an order or executing bulk actions for many orders
Search on Task Dashboard:
- Search manually by Order ID or scan the Order QR code
- This search maintains view filters and down-filters the existing dashboard by the order(s) of interest
Best for: quickly finding a task or interacting with multiple tasks at a time

- Admins create User Groups and manage group membership
- Admins create group-specific View Templates and share them with relevant User Groups
