Tagging
Order and Task Tagging to augment specificity in filtering, rule triggering, and notifications.
- Create unique Tag Groups such as Location, Priority, Skill Level etc. to apply to Orders and Tags
- Create Rules that leverage Tags
- Add/Remove Particular Tags based on order details/events
- Only trigger particular rules (assignments, notifications, etc) if the Order/Tag has a particular tag/tag group
